Dunning Farms Shopping Center

Dunning Farms Shopping Center is a 360,000-square-foot shopping center in Middletown, New York, about 50 miles northwest of New York City. Middletown is the largest city in Orange County, home to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, in a major trade area at the convergence of I-84, Route 211 & Route 17 (I-86). The shopping center, at 88 Dunning Road in the mid-Hudson Valley, is easily accessible from northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has prime visibility to the 7,500 vehicles that travel along that road each day.

Dunning Farms’s roster of 25 tenants includes Boot Barn, Michael’s and Bob’s Discount Furniture.  Legoland New York, one of Orange County’s premiere tourist attractions, is 10 miles southeast of the center, in Goshen. In 2023, visitor spending in the county increased by 7.6% to $1.2 billion, a record high, due to the area’s natural beauty, tourist attractions and seasonal events.
